As a Pilates Instructor, my clients used to often ask me what exercises they can do on holiday to stay fit, strong, and healthy. Of course, with Covid, we have come to the realization that Pilate’s is more accessible than ever. Online teaching is still somewhat the norm. However, if you are looking for a little bit of extra TLC (Tender Loving Care) between Pilates sessions, traveling for work, or leisure these 8 TheraBand exercises will keep you busy and your body and mind happy!
