I have always believed that people come into our lives at the right time to teach us something about ourselves. They are little mirrors of our lives. They show up to reflect something about who we are, or what we are needing to learn or maybe even old stuck processes that would serve us to change.
If this thought is to be true, then what if we could address each and every decision, and each and every thought from the perspective and embodied feeling of total presence? And what if we could do this without the attachment to who we were a year ago, a month ago or a day ago? If all we had was this very moment, who would you be, what would you do and where would you go?
This doesn’t need to be from a space of being the dismissal of our past or the history that got us to where we are now or the divine experience that makes us who we are, but rather in appreciation for all that moved through, and an acknowledgement that each experience brought growth and learning. It is, after all, these multilayered experiences that got us to where we are now, yet they do not need to hold power in defining us.
There are so many energises that know the fullness of who we are, far beyond what we may have experienced of ourselves, so far beyond the limiting identities and stories that we often hold onto. So often, it is these energies that invite us to shed and release and evolve into more, so much more, on a multidimensional and infinite level.
Something that may have given purpose or reason or served us yesterday may no longer be of use for today. There is no guilt, shame or fear needed in changing your narrative. It is easy to hold onto moments that hurt us or served us or made us feel in such a way we wish to change but it is more powerful to acknowledge these moments for what they are and let them dissolve into consciousness and growth. Being kind to ourselves is one of the most beautiful gifts we can receive.
Being so tapped into who you are right now into total presence, and leaving all that is no longer aligned behind can easily free us and in fact, bring us some extra joy. Magic moments are always surrounding us… stepping into them and feeling them is so so so worth it. You are beautiful, expansive and limitless.
